Unfortunately, there is a paucity of female specific research in scientific literature regarding the impact of the menstrual and ovarian cycle on performance.
The first step to understanding the impact on your training and performance is to begin tracking your menstrual cycles, any symptoms you may experience at various times in the cycle and how your training and performance went during these times.
